










Teri Miller Barker is a native of Dayton, Ohio, and an








alumna of Wilberforce University, the oldest private HBCU in the








United States. Well-rounded in the media, Teri is a multi-








talented personality who has written for television, radio,








newspapers, and national magazines. She's been an on-air








personality for WROU FM , produced and hosted talk shows








for WDAO AM, and produced community affairs programs








In addition to writing and producing for local radio and








television stations, she produced Peace by Peace, a








documentary targeted to youth and young adults to help








curb the senseless youth violence in the Dayton area.








Currently, Teri is a regular contributor to the Dayton Weekly








News, The Dayton City Paper, and Trendsetters to








Trendsetters Magazine. She is also a grad student and an English







101 instructor at Wright State University.
Teri is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the Greater Dayton Association of Black
Journalists. She resides with her husband and daughter in Dayton, Ohio.
